　　(2)過(guò)濾速度過(guò)大、粉塵過(guò)細或過(guò)粗，粉塵具有粘性、濾袋清洗不良。

(2) Excessive filtration speed, fine or coarse dust, sticky dust, and poor cleaning of filter bags.

　　(3)噴吹清洗時(shí)間及周期過(guò)短。

(3) The spray cleaning time and cycle are too short.

　　(4)噴吹壓力過(guò)小，噴吹無(wú)力。

(4) The spraying pressure is too small, and the spraying is weak.

　　處理方法：

Handling method:

　　(1)除塵器保溫或加熱、防雨、防漏風(fēng)。

(1) Dust collector insulation or heating, rain and air leakage prevention.

　　(2)預收塵噴吹前，降低過(guò)濾速度及控制降溫噴水量。

(2) Before pre dust collection and spraying, reduce the filtration speed and control the amount of cooling water sprayed.

　　(3)觀(guān)察壓差，調整噴吹時(shí)間及周期。

(3) Observe the pressure difference, adjust the injection time and cycle.

　　(4)調整噴吹壓力。

(4) Adjust the injection pressure.
