原理

沸石轉輪吸附原理:沸石轉輪是整個(gè)系統的核心部件,其表面涂覆有沸石分子篩。沸石分子篩具有均勻的微孔結構和較大的比表面積,對 VOCs 有很強的吸附能力。含有 VOCs 的廢氣通過(guò)沸石轉輪時(shí),VOCs 分子被吸附在沸石分子篩的微孔表面,從而使廢氣得到凈化。轉輪在轉動(dòng)過(guò)程中,吸附飽和的部分會(huì )進(jìn)入脫附區,通過(guò)高溫熱風(fēng)進(jìn)行脫附,使沸石分子篩再生,得以循環(huán)使用。

Principle of zeolite wheel adsorption: The zeolite wheel is the core component of the entire system, and its surface is coated with zeolite molecular sieves.
